In Busty Saint Elena, the world is plagued by the malevolent acts of the dark lord Gilbelta, who has been spawning monsters and tormenting the populace. Saint Elena, the protagonist, is a pure-hearted and virtuous woman who has just defeated the dark lord and saved the world. However, her journey is far from over. Before she could settle into a quiet life with her self-centered, narcissistic noble husband, whom she hasn't even kissed yet, Gilbelta casts a mischievous curse upon her. This curse, known as the "Unrefusable Curse," forces Elena to answer "yes" to any request or question posed to her.Determined to break the curse, Elena sets out on a new adventure. She learns that a temple located north of her home can lift the curse, and thus begins her perilous journey. Along the way, she encounters various unsavory characters, including her creepy childhood friend, a misogynistic otaku, a young boy with a fetish for older women, a homeless man who desires her, an incompetent otaku working at a tavern, a weak goblin, and a fat, cow-loving pervert. Each encounter tests her resolve and the limits of her curse.
