Once you've become friends, you can gradually move to more intimate interactions like flirting and telling romantic jokes. If the Sim responds positively, continue with actions such as confessing attraction, holding hands, hugging, and giving massages.
When you feel the time is right, propose to the Sim. After proposing, you'll have two dialogue options: one for immediately eloping (a private wedding), which involves a simple private ceremony where the Sims kiss and embrace to become spouses. The other option is to "plan wedding event," which allows you to organize a formal wedding. Use a phone or computer to plan a social event, then select "wedding" from the options.
For the wedding, you'll need a wedding cake (it's recommended to prepare this in advance) and a wedding arch. You can find the wedding arch under "Outdoor Activities" in the build mode, categorized as "Cherish the Moment Formal Wedding Arch."
