1: After making the payment, you need to click the “I have completed the transfer” button on the page so that the other party can release the coins to you.

2: If you have clicked the “I have completed the transfer” button after making the payment but the other party still has not released the coins, you can first click on the “Contact Seller” option at the top of the page or communicate with the seller through the chat window at the bottom (to protect the privacy of both parties, the contact number on the page is a virtual number that changes every three minutes). The seller will release the coins once they confirm receipt of the payment.

3: If you still have not received the coins after a long time, you can click the dispute button on the order page, describe your problem in detail, provide your current contact information, and include proof of payment. A customer service specialist will follow up on your case.
