What is Web3?

This concept was put forward by Dr Gavin, the founder of Polkadot. Gavin believes that Web3 is an inclusive protocol that provides building blocks for application manufacturers.
These building blocks have replaced traditional Web technologies, such as HTTP, AJAX and MySQL, and provided a new way to create applications. These technologies provide powerful and verifiable guarantees for users, thus ensuring the security of information they receive and provide, and keeping the information they pay confidential. Simply put, the Web3 defined by Gavin will be an extensible series of technical frameworks, and an application will be built in a brand-new way.
Through this new application, he hopes that everyone can master their own (digital) identity, assets and data, and then master their own destiny.
